Dr. Jeannie A. Johnson, President
Dr. Jeannie Johnson has over 35 years of leadership experience as a Human Resource professional. She began her career as a personnel assistant and with the assistance of a few strategic mentors became the Corporate Director for Human Resources & Administration Process & Technology Organization in Aerospace and Defense Industry.
Along the way, she volunteered for innumerable projects and teams which enhanced her ability to lead. During Jeannie’s nearly 28+ -year career, she led or has been instrumental in leading change within the Human Resource and Administration organizations to develop and implement policies, procedures, process changes, eliminate redundant systems and practices essential to improving efficiency and deploying leading practices within the company.
Over the past 20 years, Jeannie has served as a mentor, focusing on professional and personal development. Areas of focus include but are not limited to: resume writing, interviewing for a specific position, coaching, leadership acumen and leading in a changing environment.
As a part of the transformation and strategic realignment of the now 70,000+ workforce, she provided oversight and guidance to the Project Team to ensure accurate integration of cross-functional and technical restructure from nine sectors to five along product lines across various regions of the country.
Jeannie is passionate about diversity and inclusion in the workplace. Her master’s thesis and doctoral dissertation focused on Diversity and Equity in the Workplace. She received the 2009 Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) Women of Color in Diversity Leadership Award.
Education: Doctorate, University of Laverne Public Administration with an emphasis on Organizational Leadership & Development
